What Makes RDR2 So Alive

A look at the systems that make the world feel real — full NPC daily routines, a functioning wildlife food chain, and corpses that attract scavengers.

Emplacement Validé

Anywhere — towns and wilderness.

Notes d'enquête

- NPC Daily Routines: every NPC has a schedule. Follow a Valentine construction worker as he wakes, eats, hammers timber all day, drinks at the saloon, gets drunk, and stumbles to bed. - Dynamic Ecosystems: with binoculars, watch a real food chain — eagles plucking fish, wolves cornering sheep, bears scratching against trees. - Decay and Scavengers: a dead animal attracts flies, then vultures, coyotes and foxes pathfind in to feed; shoot the scavengers and more arrive.

Théorie de l'Affaire

Use binoculars and just observe — the simulation runs whether or not the player interacts with it.
