1. Sneak onto the heavily guarded Braithwaite Manor in Lemoyne.
2. Head to the western edge of the estate near the water and look for a small wooden outhouse wrapped entirely in heavy iron chains.
3. Look through the crescent-moon hole in the door to find Gertrude Braithwaite locked inside — violently insane and disfigured.
4. Later in the story, after the manor is burned, Gertrude is freed and can be found wandering the ruins.
